Role and Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project implementation and monitoring of NGO programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and measurable impact.

• Plan and oversee implementation of all project activities as per defined timelines
• Supervise project teams and ensure coordination among internal departments
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and donors for smooth execution
• Review progress reports, field updates, MIS data, and project documentation
• Track project targets, resolve field-level challenges, and manage project risks
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor quality and impact of activities
• Organize review meetings and prepare detailed project status reports
• Support donor reporting and preparation of presentations and communication materials

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Management, or relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in NGO or social sector project implementation
