Role and Key Responsibilities
The Program Officer will support implementation and coordination of HIV prevention and testing interventions across community and facility platforms, strengthening linkages between TI, ICTC, DSRC, and ART services to improve early diagnosis and linkage to care in alignment with 95–95–95 goals.
- Support implementation of HIV prevention and testing interventions across community and facility settings in Mumbai in alignment with national guidelines.
- Strengthen coordination between Targeted Interventions (TI), ICTCs, DSRCs, CSCs, and ART centres to improve service uptake and continuity.
- Support HIV case identification strategies including index testing, Assisted Partner Notification, and social and sexual network strategies (SNS).
Qualifications and Schedule
- Education Required: Graduate degree in social sciences, public health, health management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HIV prevention and testing programs.
