India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) is a diverse partnership that brings together committed organisations and communities to support sustained responses to HIV in India. Role and Key Responsibilities

The Program Officer: M&E will support monitoring, analysis, and use of program data across the HIV prevention and care continuum to track performance against 95–95–95 targets, strengthen accountability, and enable data-driven program improvements.

• Support implementation of the project monitoring and evaluation framework.
• Track performance across the HIV cascade including prevention outputs and ART linkage.
• Generate and review line-lists to support timely program action.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Graduate degree in public health, statistics, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in M&E of public health or HIV programs.
