Role and Key Responsibilities

As Manager- HR, you’ll ensure efficient people operations — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and compliance — aligned with Cuddles’ mission and values.

• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, exit management, and HR process optimization
• Payroll processing, statutory compliance, and collaboration with Finance for accurate & timely disbursement
• HR policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and HRMS automation

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Bachelor/Master in Business Management or HR
• Experience: 6–8 years in HR (generalist preferred)
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Work Mode: On-site
