Cuddles Foundation delivers holistic nutritional support to underprivileged children fighting cancer across 48 government and charitable hospitals in India. Our trained nutritionists create diet plans, counsel parents, and ensure children receive food, supplements, and ration baskets to strengthen their resilience during treatment.

Role and Key Responsibilities

You will steward and grow mid-sized corporate CSR partnerships by managing relationships, preparing impact reports, driving employee engagement, and supporting CSR receipt issuance.

• Outreach to corporates, maintain CRM pipeline, and coordinate proposals with fundraising team
• Collaborate with programs & finance to consolidate impact data and share timely utilization reports
• Plan and execute CSR employee engagement activities (e.g., Wish Tree campaign during Daan Utsav)

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: MBA / Masters in any discipline
• Experience: 3–4 years in fundraising, CSR sales, or relationship management
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Work Mode: On-site (Mumbai-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate)
