Role and Key Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will be responsible for the health, security, and reliability of Trade Facility Management (India) Pvt. Ltd digital infrastructure. You will manage everything from the physical workstations used by staff to the backend servers and networking that keep our community programs running.

• Perform regular hardware health checks, cleaning, and repairs on desktops and laptops; install, configure, and update essential software; provide Help Desk support to staff.
• Administer and monitor local/cloud servers to ensure 99.9% uptime; troubleshoot server errors, manage user permissions, and oversee Active Directory.
• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensure stable internet connectivity, configure firewalls and VPNs for secure remote access.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in IT support or systems administration.
