Role and Key Responsibilities
The Instructional Coach will support pan-India training programs by onboarding trainers, strengthening instructional quality, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development aligned with the foundation’s methodology.
- Lead trainer selection, instructional debriefs, and onboarding processes.
- Design and facilitate engaging online and in-person trainer onboarding sessions.
- Collect and analyze training data to identify trainer support needs.
- Support trainers in creating professional development plans.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide structured feedback.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, refresher trainings, and professional development sessions.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting through internal dashboards.
- Engage with operations teams and stakeholders to resolve training-related issues.
- Support training center management and substitute for trainers when required.
Qualifications and Schedule
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching, training, coaching, or instructional delivery
- Skills: Google Docs, Zoom, instructional design, classroom observation
- Work Mode: In person
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across India at short notice
