Role and Key Responsibilities

The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and fieldwork related to the collection, distribution, and outreach programs of GreenSole.

• Lead the on-ground distribution efforts ensuring alignment with GreenSole’s goals.
• Build relationships with local organizations and conduct awareness campaigns.
• Train and empower local teams and volunteers for effective operations.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Graduate in Social Sciences or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years in similar role
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Work Mode: On-site
