Role and Key Responsibilities

The Data Analyst – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) will serve as the data manager for one assigned trust (Education / Healthcare / Animal Welfare), while also contributing to organisation-wide data systems, dashboards and impact reporting across SRLC.

• Act as the data owner for all programs within one trust, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of program data.
• Create dashboards and reports for program and leadership reviews, generating insights on program performance, efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to standardised M&E indicators and formats across trusts and support consolidation of data for SRLC-level reviews and reporting.
