Role and Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end grant lifecycle, ensure compliance, and foster community relationships to enhance engagement and welfare.

• Lead the end-to-end grant lifecycle, including proposal appraisal, budget review, MOUs, and fund disbursement.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, challenges based on project activities, and develop M&E frameworks.
• Conduct community mappings and surveys to identify high-priority needs and develop strategies for community engagement.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Post-graduation in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Sociology, or Development Studies
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in community development, NGO management, or CSR
