Role and Key Responsibilities

Lead fundraising strategy and execution across corporate CSR and individual giving channels.

• Develop and implement CSR partnership roadmap and secure high-value corporate donations.
• Expand individual giving through digital campaigns, HNWI engagement and innovative fundraising avenues.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing fundraising team while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Graduate in Business/Management or related field
• Experience: 15+ years fundraising/CSR leadership
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Work Mode: On-site
