India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) is a diverse partnership that brings together committed organisations and communities to support sustained responses to HIV in India. Complementing the Indian national programme, we work through capacity building, knowledge sharing, technical support, and advocacy. Role and Key Responsibilities

The State Technical Lead will provide overall technical leadership and strategic guidance to strengthen the continuum of HIV prevention and care in Mumbai, with a focus on improving case identification, treatment initiation, retention, and viral suppression in alignment with national targets of 95–95–95.

• Provide overall technical leadership for implementation of HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and care interventions in Mumbai.
• Support strengthening of the continuum of HIV prevention and care, including primary prevention and viral load suppression.
• Provide technical guidance to improve HIV case identification through index testing and social strategies.

Qualifications and Schedule
